All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and created before it ships. During holidays, sales, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier.

Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best option for your location.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ro & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ro & Co is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Local pickup may be available in Martinsburg, WV. If you are local and would like to arrange pickup, please message us before placing your order.
